The situation
A $150M+ Texas services firm had spent fifteen years on vendor software the operations team no longer trusted. Crew dispatch, job management, site reporting, and route planning all lived on the same aging platform — patched repeatedly, owned by nobody internally, and increasingly a drag on the business the company was trying to scale.
The work
Six-month engagement across discovery, design, and phased delivery. Mobile-first platform built from the ground up, deployed to crews in the field before the back-office side went live — the team using it every day got to shape it while it was still malleable.
The outcome
